How Online Coaching Works

How online coaching works with me is simple: we begin with your situation, build around the equipment and time you actually have, and keep communication clear as you train.

You do not need to understand fitness terminology before you start. I explain the exercises, ask for your feedback, and adjust the direction when something needs to be clearer or more practical.

01 / The process

From your first message to ongoing training

Each stage has a clear purpose. The process gives me the context I need to guide you and gives you a chance to understand how the training is organized.

01

You tell me what you need

Send a message with your goal, current activity, previous training experience, location, and the type of support you are looking for. A short description is enough to begin.

02

I clarify your starting point

I ask about your schedule, where you plan to train, what equipment you have, and what has felt difficult or confusing in the past. This keeps the plan connected to your real circumstances.

03

We complete a starting assessment

The starting assessment helps us identify a sensible place to begin. It is not a test you need to pass. It gives me practical information before we decide how to structure your work.

04

I organize your training

Your program is shaped around the information we have discussed. Exercise selection and the overall direction reflect your experience, available equipment, schedule, and the goal we have clarified together.

05

You train and share feedback

As you work through the training, you can tell me what felt clear, what felt uncertain, and where you need another explanation. Your feedback helps me understand what should be adjusted.

02 / What I need from you

A few practical details

You do not need a perfect routine before you contact me. These four pieces of information help me understand how online coaching can fit your life.

Your main goal

Tell me what you want training to help you work toward and what feels most important now.

Your experience

Share whether you are a beginner, returning after a break, or already following a routine.

Your equipment

Let me know whether you train at home or in a gym and what equipment is available.

Your schedule

Describe how much time you can realistically set aside and when training usually fits best.

03 / Guidance and feedback

I explain the work instead of leaving you to guess

A list of exercises is not enough when you are unsure how to set up, what to pay attention to, or whether a movement makes sense for your situation. I want you to understand the training rather than simply copy it.

Communication is part of the process. When you share what happened during a session, I can respond to the information you give me and clarify the next step.

You can start from where you are

You do not need advanced experience, a complete home gym, or confidence with every exercise. We begin with the information and equipment you have, then organize the next step in a way you can understand.
